In 2011, 2012 and 2013 the Deutsch Happen Facebook Fan Page was awarded the title as one of the “Top 25 Language Fan Pages” by Lexiophiles.

This Week in Startups Paris Meetup

This Week in Startups Paris MeetupIn 2010 Kirsten started with the organization of the This Week in Startups Paris Meetup. Based on the popular webcast by serial entrepreneur and angel investor Jason Calacanis, Kirsten searches for promising startups in the Parisian ecosystem which have then the chance to pitch Jason Calacanis live on the This Week in Startups webcast.

Winners of the event are invited to attend the LAUNCH Conference in San Francisco to present their companies to an international audience of tech press and investors. Until today participants and winners of the TWiST Paris event raised several million Euros in angel and venture capital investment.

The event has also been supported by Microsoft France and the LeCamping Incubator.
